Simple Guide
The th13 login process is designed to be as simple and secure as possible. Follow these three steps and you'll be in within 30 seconds — from any device, anywhere in Malaysia.
Choose your preferred login method — either the active Malaysian phone number you used when registering, or your registered email address. Make sure the details you enter are correct to avoid unnecessary verification errors.
Enter the password you created when registering your th13 account. Passwords are case-sensitive. Use the eye icon on the right side of the password field to verify what you're typing before submitting.
Once both details are verified, you'll be taken straight to your th13 account dashboard. From there, choose your game, check the latest promotions, make a deposit via Touch 'n Go or GrabPay, and start playing!
Login Security
Th13 employs multiple layers of security to ensure every login session is fully protected from external threats. Here is what's working behind the scenes each time you log in:
All data you submit during login — including your phone number and password — is fully encrypted with the same 256-bit SSL technology used by Maybank and CIMB.
When you log in from an unrecognised device, th13 sends an OTP to your registered phone number as an additional verification layer to prevent unauthorised access.
Your password is never stored in plain text on th13's servers. It is processed using a cryptographic hash function that cannot be reversed by anyone.
Th13's system monitors login activity in real time. Any suspicious behaviour — such as repeated login attempts or access from outside Malaysia — will be blocked, and you will be notified immediately.
More than just another entertainment platform — th13 delivers a different experience every time you log in, keeping players coming back for more.
One of the biggest reasons loyal players keep coming back to th13 is genuinely fast withdrawal processing — under 15 minutes to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or any Malaysian bank account. No excuses, no unreasonable delays.
Th13 regularly adds new games to its library — so every time you log in, there's a good chance you'll discover a slots or live casino title you haven't tried yet. From Pragmatic Play to other certified developers, the options never run out.
There's always something new waiting for you at th13 every day — reload bonuses, Free Spins on featured slots, EPL and Liga Super Malaysia promotions tied to big matches, or weekly challenges with cash prizes. Log in daily and check your promotions tab.
The th13 platform is fully optimised for both Android and iOS devices. Log in directly through your mobile browser — no app download required — and enjoy the same seamless experience as on desktop, whether you're relaxing at home or waiting at a café.
Th13's support team is made up of Malaysian agents who are fully fluent in Bahasa Melayu — not automated bots or agents unfamiliar with the local context. Any issues with your account, deposits, or games are resolved quickly and professionally, every time.
Th13 operates under an official licence and complies with all industry security standards. Your winnings are always guaranteed — th13 never withholds legitimate withdrawals without clear and justified reason. Your trust is our most valuable asset.
Many Malaysian players who've tried other platforms know how frustrating slow logins, frequent downtime, or a clunky interface can be. th13 built an optimised login system from day one to deliver a fast, simple, and hassle-free experience — because we know your time is valuable and you're here to play, not wrestle with technology.
The th13 login process runs on server infrastructure optimised for the Southeast Asian region, meaning the latency between clicking the login button and entering your account is minimal. Whether you're on Unifi at home, Maxis or Celcom mobile data on the go, or a café WiFi anywhere in Malaysia, you can expect a fast and consistent login experience every time.
For the best experience, make sure you're using an up-to-date browser such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. This ensures all of th13's security features and interface elements perform at their best.
Keeping your th13 account secure is a shared responsibility. Our platform handles our end — encryption, monitoring, and device verification — but there are also important steps you can take to protect your account from unnecessary risk.
First, use a strong, unique password specifically for your th13 account — never reuse passwords from your email, social media, or other services. A good password should be at least 10 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. As a best practice, update your password every 3 to 6 months.
Second, never share your th13 login credentials with anyone — including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to be th13 staff. Legitimate th13 support agents will never ask for your password via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any other channel. If anyone requests your login details on behalf of th13, it is a scam attempt and should be reported to us immediately.
Third, always log out of your th13 account after each session, especially when using a shared device such as a family phone or office computer. Only enable the "remember me" feature on your own secure personal device — never on a public or shared one. These simple steps can go a long way in preventing unwanted unauthorised access to your account.
There are a few common reasons why you might be unable to log in to your th13 account. The most frequent is a forgotten password — which can be easily resolved using the "Forgot password?" link in the login form. Simply enter your registered phone number or email address and follow the instructions provided.
If your account has been temporarily suspended for security reasons — for example, our system detected suspicious login attempts — you will need to contact the th13 support team for identity verification before access is restored. This is a protective measure we take to safeguard your account and funds.
If you notice any activity in your account that you didn't perform, please contact th13 support immediately via live chat to request an instant account freeze and security investigation. Our experienced team will help you regain full control of your account swiftly and effectively.
One of the most valued advantages of th13 among Malaysian players is the freedom to log in from any device, anywhere. Whether you're on the couch at home with your tablet, sitting in the car while waiting outside the shops, or taking a quick break over the weekend after catching an EPL match — th13 is accessible right from your smartphone, no special app installation needed.
For the best mobile login experience on th13, open Chrome or Safari on your phone and type th13.my in the address bar. Once the page loads, tap the Login button and enter your details. For quicker access in the future, you can add th13.my to your phone's home screen as a shortcut — it works almost like a native app with no download required.
Th13 also remembers the devices you use regularly — meaning on your next login from the same device, the verification process is quicker and more streamlined. We do this by balancing user convenience with security. For new or unrecognised devices, additional verification steps are still required to keep your account protected.
